Refund Terms & Conditions
If you are not satisfied with the program at the end of Day One will refund you for the remainder of the program $1248 (Minus a $165 DISC Profile Report and Good to Great in Private Practice Attendance Fee of $585 if you have completed the online recordings). You will still receive CPD recognition for hours attended.
No refunds are given after completion of individual programs.
If you need to cancel your enrolment you will be issued with a 100% refund up to one month from the start of the course date. Withdrawal within 4 weeks of the program start date will allow 50% refund. No refunds are offered for those cancelling within 7 days of course start time.
