Your leadership journey starts here.

You have been selected to join the Grimsey IMPACT leadership development cohort. Before we begin, we would love a snapshot of where you are right now: what you feel confident doing, what you find challenging, and what you hope to gain over the next 12 months.

This is not an assessment or performance review, and there are no right or wrong answers. Please answer honestly based on your current experience. We will invite you to complete a matching pulse check at the end of the program so you can reflect on your progress and we can evaluate the program's impact.

Allow approximately 10–15 minutes. Please complete by Friday 30 October 2026, before the EMERGE workshop.

Your privacy matters. Your individual responses will be used by Jade/GrowthRx to tailor the program. Only agreed people involved in administering or evaluating the program should see identifiable responses. Any summary shared more widely should be aggregated and de-identified.
