Disc Profile®
There are a few options with what would be best in providing you and your team with the profiling. The way it is normally delivered is a half day 3 hour workshop which I feel isn't feasible in Allied Health a lot of the time as it proves quite difficult. Generally in these half days there is more one to one time and also activities run but they do require time, but I'm open to it if you think it fits.
Otherwise what I can deliver is a one hour workshop with the team where we will cover:
- Developing an understanding of the different individual behavioural styles using the DISC ADVANCED® framework.
- Perception - ours & others
- Identifying the behavioural styles of others
- Identifying my own style - DISC ADVANCED® Individual Assessment
- Adjusting our styles for improved communication
- Developing an action plan
One on One
Following on from that workshop I can work 1:1 with yourself and deliver your team report.
It will demonstrate visually and simply:
- percentage of team members by primary Natural style within the four quadrant DISC model.
- percentage of team members by primary Adjusted style within the four quadrant DISC model.
- each person's primary Natural style within the four quadrant DISC model and also next to each person's name is their primary and secondary DISC style preferences.
- each person's primary Adjusted style within the four quadrant DISC model and also next to each person's name is their primary and secondary DISC style preferences.
- each person shown on the Behavioural Charts together and a comparison of their natural and adjusted behaviour. Each of the forty-four zones identities a different DISC trait or combination of DISC traits that determines each person's behavioural style.
Additionally we would touch on each profiles leading style and how to motivate the individuals.

Dr Michael Mannix
OSTEOPATH | SENIOR CLINICIAN
B.Sci (Clin Sci), MHS (Osteopathy) - Member Osteopathy Australia
Michael studied Osteopathy at Victoria University where he obtained his qualifications. Michael has been involved in many sports including football, basketball and swimming which are where he was first exposed to osteopathy and his passion has grown from since. As a current local footballer he is still exposed to many injuries involving his team mates (and hopefully not his own), including both acute and chronic problems, as well as the rehabilitation of these grievances.
Aside from sporting mishaps Michael enjoys treating chronic, long standing problems where he can provide relief to those who have struggled for extended periods of time. Additionally he has a keen interest in neck pain and associated headaches. Above all Michael feels that communication between practitioner and patient is imperative and goes a long way to helping ease the patients’ pain and increase their understanding.
