We’re excited to be putting the final touches on our long-awaited LeadershipRx Program. 

We've been working on this for the last 2 years, and are finally opening it up for registration.

The first course in the program is called Emerge and it's focused on what I call the Big 6 Challenges faced by many health care practitioners.

1. Staff Shortages: Building your team or Joining a team
2. Staff Management: Creating a thriving culture
3. Time Management: Making sure you or your team have a life
4. Burnout: The early warning signs and how to avoid or resolve it
5. Money: How to think about money so you can do more meaningful things
6. Confidence: Developing your own self-awareness in order to manage the first 5 challenges

In brief, the LeadershipRx Emerge course is designed to help you attract the right staff and create or join a team you enjoy and can count on, improve patient outcomes, have more time and money to do more meaningful things at work and at play, and further develop your confidence as a practitioner / business owner. 

We'll be sharing the highly relevant and immediately impactful knowledge and skills, synthesized from years of study, experience, and exposure to the best researchers and educators in the world.

And yet, the key people we haven't learned enough from is You. 

And so I need your help.

Before we finalize the program, I want to make sure that we are covering exactly what you need. 

So rather than using the 'crystal ball' method and just presume to know what you want or need, it's much more effective to simply ask you.
