3. Time management, so that you and your team can have a life as well as gaining more impact from time spent at work
4. How to recognise burnout and either prevent it or address it
5. Money and how to think about it, so that you can do more meaningful things at work and in life
6. Confidence and the ability to address the first 5 challenges
