This advanced leadership development course and individual programs are designed for managers, leaders professionals, and support staff who want to strengthen their leadership and communication skills to improve both personal and professional development; particularly those who want to inspire and build high performing teams or meaningful contributions to the workplace. It is ideal for business owners, managers, mentors, and aspiring educators and practitioners in healthcare.

β Reflective Paper/Review Blog: 1500 words – Can be completed after any program but must be submitted before 15th December, 2021. Integrating learnings and theories from any of the course programs, incorporating key learnings and application of key resources.
β Group Presentation: 20-minute peer review adaptive change analysis (as part of course group work)
β Recommended Course Reading and Video Resources: 10-20 hours of reading, audiobooks and video links
