I am a Leadership Coach and Founder & CEO of GrowthRx, a consulting and education company that designs and implements customised professional development, leadership services and courses to organisations and individuals. I am also an experienced Osteopath, Business Strategist, Keynote Speaker, Clinic Owner, and fearless leader to an incredible team at Western Region Health. WRH is one of Australia’s largest Osteopathic focused Allied Health Clinics in the outer Western Suburbs of Melbourne. Western Region Health has been active now since 2003 and has steadily grown, along with its reputation within the industry. 

More recently, I have extended my qualifications to become a certified Psychometric DISC Consultant and Team Performance Advisor to over 1500+ Australian Health Professionals, but most importantly, I am a mother of two, and dedicated to being the best role model I can be. 

As someone who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of others, a career in leadership was a natural progression for me. I understand the journey from practitioner to business owner and know first-hand what is involved in successfully operating multiple allied health clinics. I’ve also had the pleasure of trailblazing innovation in allied health by championing a reinvention of the traditional ‘fee for service’ model. This has allowed me to support over 200 clinic owners globally to make the transition from a contractor remuneration model to employment. My goal is to inspire clinic owners to create career pathways that promote inclusion, and eradicate outdated sham-contracting philosophies. As a lecturer at Victoria University for almost a decade, I’ve had the great fortune of guiding the next generation of osteopaths in Australia and now continue this legacy through my GrowthRx online courses.

My post-graduate studies continues to fuel my love for education, high-level content creation, leadership, and communication. I attended Harvard Business School to complete the Authentic Leadership Program, and Clinical Leadership Excellence at Melbourne University. I was recently awarded the prestigious Alumni Award in Outstanding Service at Victoria University, and am humbled to join the finalists in this year's Allied Health Awards in the category of Leadership & Management Excellence, and Covid Champion. 

My passion is leadership development & organizational culture. Whilst my focus started in healthcare, my skills & clients extend across multiple global industries. From sales & marketing to supplements, finance, start-ups, sustainable energy and non-for profit organisations.
